EAGLE EYE

TITANIC TRAIL (2 KM/2 HOURS)

This trail offers a beautiful view of the world famous Clarens Formation Sandstone and involves some huff-and-puff but its worth it. The path ends of Titanic Rock which offers a stunning vantage point that’s unlike any other.

A word of caution: Take extra care during high winds and rainy conditions as there are steep drops without barriers.

Go down from the Square to the bottom of Hill Street, turn left on Swart Street, over the bridge, pass Mont d‘Or and Maluti Mountain Lodge and turn left at the purple arrow.

SKY CONTOUR (3.5 KM/2 HOURS)

Marvel at the rocks! This trail bridges Kloof Mountain Trail and Titanic Walk so be sure to pack plenty of water, sunblock, and energy. Follow the Titanic Trail, turn right at Titanic Rock and follow the dark blue markers. Turn left at the red markers to the square or follow the red markers along the contour as per Kloof Mountain Trail Directions.

KLOOF MOUNTAIN (3.4 KM/2.5 HOURS)

This is the ideal trail for a birds-eye of the whole of Clarens and surrounds. The trail follows a natural mountain plateau and ends at the Leibrandt Kloof. From the Square go down Van Zyl Street, over the bridge and past the signboard towards the mountain. Turn right and follow the red markers and later down to Leibrandt Kloof.
